If you are an event planner, you may use these files for your customers’ party decoration, and/or as part of your event planning services, as long as it’s in the form of final printed products. You may not resell the digital files or distribute them in any way.
Credit on images featuring our products on your website or social media are not mandatory but will be much appreciated.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
As we sell digital printable files only, no refunds will be given after the first proof or the link to download the files or access the template has been sent. If you have any doubts or questions prior to purchase, or if you have any problem whatsoever with the download or the file itself, please contact us.
The customers are expected to check the wording of the designs and make any corrections before the final file is sent or downloaded. No refund will be given due to typos or wording mistakes.
If you find any typos or mistakes in Instant Download files, please contact us and we will correct them.

We do our best to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
We are not liable for the malfunction of third-party websites services, such as Corjl templates or downloads, but if you have any issue please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help solve it.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without previous notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change, suspension, modification or discontinuance of the services.
In case files are lost or deleted on your end, you will most likely be able to redownload them, but we will not be held responsible if otherwise. It is your responsibility to back up your files to your computer and backup system.

BUSINESS HOURS
While most designs will be available immediately after your purchase, we work on demand and respond to most inquiries from Monday to Friday. We are often closed on weekends and observe most US and Argentinean holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering Custom Digital Printable Files.
