Hey there! I’m so glad you stopped by.

My name is Yamila, I’m in my late twenties, and I’m a goes-to-the-beat-of-her-own-drum kind of woman. I love literature, films, travelling and graphic design, of course!

I went to college and got a degree in English-Spanish translation. I’m from Argentina and my first language is actually Spanish, but I’ve been learning English since a very early age and I just love it!

While studying very hard to get my degree, I was also working full time at a print shop, where I learnt many graphic design skills. My daily schedule was an absolute nightmare back then: I woke up super early to work and got home really late, so I decided I had to find a job that was flexible enough to allow me to keep studying.

I was shopping one day and I found Etsy. A wonderful platform for an entrepreneur-to-be and for someone starting in the wonderful world of freelancing. I discovered the world of printable invitations and party goods and that was that!

With lots of effort, passion and hope, in 2014 I opened my own small printables shop in Etsy and it was a success! I got my translation degree in 2015 and also a graphic design degree in 2016 and, since then, Rebecca Designs Co. grew very quickly.

My customers are my greatest inspiration. It is because of them I feel so eager to create beautiful and fun designs.

In the last five years, I’ve had hundreds of customers and have created thousands of designs to suit all kinds of party themes and styles, from bridal showers to graduation parties, open houses and baptisms! I feel very grateful for being a little part of my customer’s big day!
